Cold weather, Heavy rain and unusual snow falling across much of Iraqi Kurdistan. Snow falls intermittently in various areas of the Kurdistan Region.
In the past 24 hours 32.8 mm of precipitation has fallen in Iraqi Kurdistan. Until now, rainfall in Kurdistan has already reached 325.6 mm during the current year.
According to PUK Media, Dara Hasan, the director of the Meteorological organisation of Kurdistan, said “this weather wil continue at least until 21th of February”.
